訂單送出後，系統將立即進行付款處理。完成後您將收到「訂單通知信」確認訂單內容，付款成功後再收到「付款成功通知信」！恭喜，您已完成訂購。

Payment is processed immediately upon order submission. You will receive an Order Notification email confirming your order details, followed by a Payment Confirmation email once payment is successful. This completes the ordering process.

收到付款確認後，我們將立即安排出貨，並於 7 個工作天內（不含週末與國定假日）完成。出貨後系統將寄送「出貨通知信」至您的 Email，並附上包裹追蹤號碼。

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A Shipping Notification email with your tracking number will be sent once the parcel is on its way.

  • Taiwan & Outlying Islands: Home delivery or convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN＆FamilyMart)
  • 海外地區：宅配服務
  • International: Home delivery

目前開放海外寄送地區包含：香港、澳門、新加坡、馬來西亞、南韓。

International shipping is currently available to: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea.

若您所在地區未列於上述清單，歡迎透過email洽詢，我們將協助運費與配送。

If your country is not listed, please contact us via sumugagatw@gmail.com , and we will help assess shipping rates and delivery feasibility.

台灣訂單選擇超商配送時，請留意超商包裹有材積重量限制。若咖啡豆購買數量較多，建議改選宅配服務。若訂單超出超商材積重量上限，系統將取消訂單，需重新下訂並選擇其他配送方式，重新訂購以當下官網顯示之庫存與價格為準。

For Taiwan orders shipped to convenience stores, please note that parcel size and weight limits apply. If you are ordering a larger quantity of coffee beans, we recommend selecting home delivery. Orders exceeding convenience store limits will be cancelled and must be re-placed with a different shipping method; re-orders are subject to current inventory and pricing on the website.

Scheduled delivery times are not available for any shipping method.

寄送香港採順豐速運，可能額外收取 20 港幣服務費，建議選擇退回就近取貨站自行領取，可省去額外費用。

Shipping to Hong Kong is via SF Express and may incur an additional HKD 20 service fee. We recommend selecting pickup at the nearest SF collection point to avoid this charge.

  • 台灣地區：超商單筆運費 NT$70，宅配單筆運費 NT$90
  • Taiwan: NT$70 per order for convenience store pickup; NT$90 per order for home delivery
  • 台灣離島：宅配單筆運費 NT$200
  • Taiwan Outlying Islands: NT$200 per order for home delivery
  • 海外地區：宅配運費依商品重量計算，於購物車顯示運費金額
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated by weight and displayed on the cart page

商品加入購物車後，請於購物車頁面選取配送國家／地區，系統將自動計算運費（含郵資與包材處理費）。

Once items are added to your cart, please select your delivery country / region on the cart page. Shipping costs (including postage and packaging) will be calculated automatically.


出貨作業時間

Processing & Dispatch Time

SUMUGAGA 的咖啡豆皆為新鮮烘焙，預計於 7 個工作天內完成出貨。出貨後將寄送 Email 通知。

All coffee beans from SUMUGAGA are freshly roasted, with orders dispatched within 7 working days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your parcel is on its way.

若訂購時間逢週末或國定假日，將順延至工作日起算。

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
